According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHISON MEDICAL (688358.SH) announced that the actual controller, chairman, and senior management personnel Mo Ruoli plan to reduce their holdings of a total of no more than 3,363,700 shares, which is no more than 3.00% of CHISON MEDICAL's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan announcement, starting from 15 trading days thereafter
