# Arcvideo Tech's BlackEye Vision system expands into new scenarios: cross-city control of Yushu robots

On August 13-14, the Hangzhou Binjiang Public Security Bureau, during a technical exchange event, utilized Arcvideo Tech's BlackEye Vision robot ultra-long-distance remote control system in conjunction with Yushu Robotics' main body to achieve ultra-long-distance millisecond-level precise remote control, with an end-to-end ultra-low latency transmission of 80ms, making remote control feel like being on-site. Technical experts from Arcvideo Tech stated that unlike traditional self-organizing network video transmission, this system can perform remote control under 4G/5G public networks and can even achieve ultra-long-distance bidirectional communication through satellite internet links in a "disconnected" environment
