# HeZhan Energy: Signed a sales contract for steel-concrete tower tubes worth 62.05 million yuan

HeZhan Energy announced that on August 15, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Liaoning Changhe Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd., signed a procurement contract for 17 sets of steel-concrete towers and accessories for the Tieling Changtu Runrong 500MW project with Mingyang Smart Energy Group Co., Ltd. The contract involves 17 sets of 7.5MW-233-160 model steel-concrete towers and accessories, with a price of 3.65 million yuan per set, totaling 62.05 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and is expected to bring the company over 50 million yuan in revenue this year
