From August 8 to 14, 2025, Tibet Cheezheng TTM Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. "Cheezheng Convertible Bonds" converted a total of 13,517,379 shares, increasing the total share capital from 545,606,156 shares to 559,123,535 shares.
