On August 15th, TIANXIN PHARMA announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from the company's director and deputy general manager, Xie Tao, on the same day. Due to personal reasons, Xie Tao applied to resign from the positions of director and deputy general manager, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. Xie Tao's departure did not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the board's lawful and standardized operation or the company's normal business operations
