# GREENLAND BROAD plans to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Greenland Senmao Landscaping Engineering Co., Ltd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Greenland Broad (01253) announced that on August 15, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Hangzhou Beifeng Landscape Design Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 100% equity of Shanghai Greenland Senmao Greening Engineering Co., Ltd. from Greenland Group Senmao Landscaping Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of approximately RMB 4.6448 million.

The company is an investment holding company, and the group mainly engages in municipal landscaping engineering design, municipal project construction investment, and related services. The board of directors believes that this acquisition fully reflects the strong support of the controlling shareholder, Greenland Group, for the company's business development.
