# CNNC TD: Yuan Qiuli resigned as the company's president, and Wang Shunmin succeeded him

On August 15th, CNNC TD announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from President Yuan Qiuli. Yuan Qiuli resigned from the position of president for personal reasons and will continue to serve as chairman of the company after the resignation. The resignation letter takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. The company held the second meeting of the eighth board of directors on August 15, 2025, and approved the proposal on the appointment of the company's president, agreeing to appoint Wang Shunmin as the company's president, with a term starting from the date of approval by the second meeting of the eighth board of directors until the expiration of the term of the eighth board of directors
