STSS announced that the company has completed the repurchase and cancellation of 10.6658 million restricted shares, accounting for 0.1869% of the total share capital before the repurchase. This repurchase and cancellation involves 247 incentive recipients who no longer meet the incentive conditions due to reasons such as failure to meet performance targets, retirement, or job transfers. The total amount of the repurchase is 37.8142 million yuan, funded by the company's own funds. After the completion of the repurchase and cancellation, the company's total share capital will decrease from 5.707 billion shares to 5.696 billion shares
