# PLAYMATES: Executive Director Chen Kailun has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee

According to the announcement from Aito (00635), effective from August 15, 2025, the following changes have been made to the company's board committee members:

(a) Nomination Committee

(i) The company's non-executive director Mr. Li Jia Shi (Mr. Li) will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; and

(ii) The company's executive director Ms. Chen Kai Lun has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.

(b) Compensation Committee

Mr. Li has been appointed as a member of the Compensation Committee
