BUCHANG PHARMA announced that its holding subsidiary Shandong Danhong intends to sign a technology transfer contract with the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a total transfer price of 15 million RMB. The contract involves the ownership of the technology for the Traditional Chinese Medicine Erzhi Regulating Menstruation Optimization Formula, aiming to enrich the product development pipeline and ultimately achieve industrial-scale production of the new drug. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization
