According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Amarsoft (300380.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed 600 million yuan, and after deducting issuance costs, all funds are intended to be used for the following projects: an intelligent credit system based on artificial intelligence technology, a comprehensive risk digital management platform, an upgrade project for the digital finance R&D center, and to supplement working capital
