Gan & Lee announced that Xutong Hongda will reduce its holdings by 3.3995 million shares through centralized bidding from July 29, 2025, to August 14, 2025, accounting for 0.57% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction price of 60.38 to 65.02 yuan/share; Director Jiao Jiao will reduce her holdings by 67,500 shares through centralized bidding from August 11, 2025, to August 14, 2025, accounting for 0.0112% of the total share capital, with a transaction price of 61 to 62.08 yuan/share. The reduction plans of both shareholders have been fully implemented, with Xutong Hongda currently holding 32.0737 million shares, accounting for 5.34%, and Jiao Jiao holding 202,500 shares, accounting for 0.0337%
