# Kingsun Share: Ruizhong Life Insurance plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

Kingsun Share announced that its shareholder, Ruizhong Life Insurance Co., Ltd., currently holds 81.382 million shares of the company through the "Ruizhong Life Insurance Co., Ltd. - Universal Product," accounting for 5.73% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchase special securities account. Due to its own funding needs, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 14.201 million shares, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchase special securities account, within three months from the fifteenth trading day after the announcement of this reduction plan, specifically from September 8, 2025, to December 7, 2025, through centralized bidding
