On the evening of August 15th, CareRay announced that in order to promote the company's strategic transformation and upgrade, create a second growth curve for its business operations, and focus on AI empowerment in grassroots healthcare, the company plans to invest 20 million yuan in the form of capital increase to acquire a stake in Shanghai Renyan Information Technology Co., Ltd. After the capital increase is completed, the company will hold 6.67% equity in Renyan Information
