# SDL has established a holding subsidiary and completed the business registration

Beijing SDL Technology Co., Ltd. announced that on August 4, 2025, the company will hold a relevant meeting to review and approve the proposal to jointly invest 10 million yuan with Beijing Huairou Hard Technology Innovation Service Co., Ltd. to establish a holding subsidiary, focusing on the field of mass spectrometry technology. Recently, this holding subsidiary has completed the industrial and commercial registration and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Huairou District, Beijing. The subsidiary is named HuaiZhong Mass Spectrometry Technology Co., Ltd., with Ge Yijie as the legal representative. It was established on August 14, 2025, and its business scope covers multiple fields including technical services and instrument sales
