SINOTHERAPEUTICS announced on the evening of August 17th that, based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its long-term value, as well as to enhance the confidence of a broad range of investors and effectively safeguard investor rights and the stability of the capital market, the company's controlling shareholder, Lianhe Investment, voluntarily commits not to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding, block trading, and other means for a period of 24 months starting from August 25, 2025
