The initial conversion price for the convertible bonds issued this time is 19.59 yuan per share. The priority subscription date for existing shareholders and the online subscription date for this issuance of convertible bonds are both set for August 20, 2025 (T day), with the subscription time from 9:15 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 15:00 on T day
