# Huakang Clean's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Tan Pingtao has lifted the lien

According to the announcement from Huakang Clean (301235.SZ) on August 13, 2025, the company disclosed that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Mr. Tan Pingtao has been placed under investigation by the Guangdong Provincial Supervisory Commission and subjected to detention measures.

On August 18, 2025, the company received a "Notice of Lifting Detention" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Supervisory Commission, which was forwarded by Mr. Tan Pingtao's family. The Guangdong Provincial Supervisory Commission has lifted the detention measures against Mr. Tan Pingtao. Currently, Mr. Tan Pingtao is able to perform his duties as the company's legal representative and chairman normally, and the company's production and operation are normal. Director and General Manager Mr. Xie Xinqiang will no longer act on behalf of the company's legal representative, chairman, and related responsibilities of the board's special committee
