On August 18, 2025, AXNMC signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Hefei Branch of Hangzhou Bank, providing a joint liability guarantee of 50 million yuan for its holding subsidiary, AXNMC Copper Industry, with a term of three years and no counter-guarantee. As of the announcement date, AXNMC's actual guarantee balance for AXNMC Copper Industry reached 1,396.26 million yuan. The total external guarantees provided by the company and its holding subsidiaries amounted to 2,260.76 million yuan, accounting for 158.02% of the audited net assets for the year 2024
