# FU-AN: Engineering contract dispute returned for retrial, first-instance judgment involves nearly 8 million

Liaoning FU-AN Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. announced the progress of property preservation. The company was sued by Chifeng City Fuling Building Materials Co., Ltd. due to a construction contract dispute. Previously, the first-instance judgment ordered the company to compensate for multiple expenses. The company appealed, and the second-instance court remanded the case for retrial. On August 15, 2025, the remanded first-instance judgment ordered the company to pay Fuling Construction repair costs of 7,288,645 yuan, bear part of the acceptance fee, preservation fee, and appraisal fee, with the total amount involved being 7,916,465.52 yuan. The company is actively responding, and the final judgment and execution results are uncertain, but it does not currently affect daily operations, and there are no other significant undisclosed litigations
