On the evening of August 18, ZFET Co., LTD. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanchong Chang'an Energy Co., Ltd., needs to pay back taxes and late fees totaling 22.5152 million yuan, which is expected to affect the company's net profit for the year 2025 by 22.5152 million yuan. Currently, Chang'an Energy has completed the payment of the aforementioned taxes and late fees, and this repayment does not involve any administrative penalties
