As of the date of this announcement, the aforementioned restricted stocks have completed the repurchase and cancellation procedures at the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. After the completion of this repurchase and cancellation, the company's total share capital will change from 107 million shares to 107 million shares
