# WEILI HOLDINGS issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term net profit of approximately HKD 800,000 to HKD 1.5 million

According to the announcement from WEILI HOLDINGS (02372), the group expects to achieve a net profit of approximately RMB 800,000 to RMB 1.5 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, while it recorded a net loss of approximately RMB 2.3 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024.

The expected turnaround from loss to profit is mainly attributed to: (i) improvement in gross profit margin, reflecting the effectiveness of successfully implemented operational cost control measures and enhanced operational efficiency; (ii) reversal of impairment losses due to a decrease in trade receivables balance for the six months ending June 30, 2025
