# CIH: 19,496,800 shares of stock will be distributed to 3 specific entities as a capital increase

CIH announced that on August 13, 2025, the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court, upon the company's application, has transferred 19,496,800 shares held in the bankruptcy enterprise property disposal special account of CIH to the securities accounts of three specific entities. The securities transfer registration procedures were completed at the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, and the securities are classified as unrestricted circulating shares. Before this stock distribution, the manager's securities account held 284 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.99% of the total shares; after this stock distribution, the manager's securities account holds 264 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.51%
