# SHM: Shareholder Zhongrong Life Insurance reduced its holdings by 1% multiples

From August 4 to 18, 2025, Zhongrong Life Insurance Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings in Sichuan Harmony Shuangma by 6,299,903 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.8252% of the company's total share capital and 0.8320% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special securities account. After this reduction, Zhongrong Life's holdings decreased to 45,619,267 shares, accounting for 5.9755% of the company's total share capital, and during the reduction process, its shareholding ratio reached an integer multiple of 1%. Currently, the reduction plan has not been fully implemented. This reduction is due to Zhongrong Life's operational needs and is in line with the previously disclosed plan
