LSKJ announced that its holding subsidiary, Chongqing Longsheng Maomao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., plans to sign a "Cooperation Agreement for the Lightweight Components Production Base Project of Longsheng Maomao New Energy Vehicles" with Chongqing Shared Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. The project will invest in the construction of the "Lightweight Components Production Base Project of Longsheng Maomao New Energy Vehicles" in Shapingba District, Chongqing. The total investment of the project is approximately 200 million yuan, and an independent legal entity will be established as the project implementation entity to carry out the production and manufacturing of components related to new energy vehicle drives, thermal management, lightweight components, and other products
