COMPLANT: Signed a land reserve agreement worth 441 million yuan

COMPLANT announced that the company has signed a "State-owned Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement Agreement" with the Land Consolidation Center of Beichen District, Tianjin, involving state-owned land located on the east side of Chaoyang Road, Beichen District, Tianjin. According to the agreement, the company will receive a comprehensive compensation fee of 441 million yuan for land reserve. The agreement was reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors on August 18, 2025, and will be further reviewed at the shareholders' meeting. The purpose of this land reserve is to revitalize existing assets and increase cash flow to support the development of the main business. The transaction is expected to bring certain benefits to the company, and the specific financial impact will be confirmed by the auditing agency
