CREAT announced that its controlling shareholder, Keri Northern, holds 147 million shares, accounting for 27.11%, and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 11.4679 million shares, accounting for 2.11%, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 10, 2025, to December 9, 2025. The actual controller and chairman, Fu Xiaodong, holds 15.5368 million shares, accounting for 2.86%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.8842 million shares, accounting for 0.72%, during the same period
