# JINGJIA MICRO: Plans to increase capital by 220 million yuan in Wuxi Chengheng Micro, holding 33.59% of the shares

JINGJIA MICRO announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 220 million yuan to participate in the capital increase project of Wuxi Chengheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd., subscribing to the newly increased registered capital of 220 million yuan of the target company. After the capital increase is completed, the company will directly hold 33.59% of the equity of the target company and, through a concerted action relationship, will collectively obtain 64.89% of the voting rights of the target company, becoming the controlling shareholder of the target company. This investment aims to expand the company's research and development depth and breadth, enter the edge AI chip field, and form a "GPU + edge AI chip" dual-driven development model
