HAND announced that the actual controller Chen Diqing plans to acquire 5.0569 million unrestricted circulating shares held by the original concerted actor Fan Jianzheng through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement. This represents 0.50% of the company's total share capital. After the transfer is completed, Chen Diqing's shareholding ratio will increase to 5.25%, further stabilizing the company's control structure, which will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
