# Chanhen: Hengchang New Energy and its related party Tianyi Mining jointly acquired the state-owned construction land use rights

Chanhen announced that Hengchang New Energy and its related party Tianyi Mining intend to form a consortium to jointly acquire 55,587 square meters of Class III industrial land in Qingkeng, Yongyang Street, Weng'an County, with a lease term of 50 years and a starting price of 19.1775 million yuan. The investment ratio between the two parties is 63% for Hengchang New Energy and 37% for Tianyi Mining. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and does not need to be submitted for shareholder meeting approval
