# Profit C&C: Shareholder Wu Bing plans to reduce holdings by no more than 0.1516%

Profit C&C announced that specific shareholder Ms. Wu Bing plans to reduce her holdings in the company within three months starting from three trading days after the announcement date, through centralized bidding and block trading. The total number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 471,400 shares, accounting for 0.1516% of the company's total share capital. The shares held by Ms. Wu Bing are those acquired before the company's initial public offering and their derived shares, all of which are freely tradable shares without restrictions. The reason for this reduction plan is the personal funding needs of the shareholder, and the reduction price will be determined based on market conditions, and will not be lower than the company's most recent audited net asset value per share
