# CHUNHUI INTELLIGENT CONTROL: Plans to acquire 61.31% equity of Chunhui Instrument for 258 million yuan

CHUNHUI INTELLIGENT CONTROL announced that the company plans to purchase 61.31% of the equity of Zhejiang Chunhui Instrument Co., Ltd. from 22 trading counterparts including Zou Hua and Zou Zihan through the issuance of shares and cash payment, with a transaction price of 258 million yuan. This transaction is expected to enhance the company's asset scale, operating income, and net profit level, thereby strengthening the profitability of the listed company. Upon completion of the transaction, Chunhui Instrument will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHUNHUI INTELLIGENT CONTROL. In addition, this restructuring does not involve raising matching funds, and the restructuring plan has been approved by the company's board of directors and supervisory board, and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting and review and registration by regulatory agencies. This transaction will not result in a change in the company's controlling rights
