He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.3 million shares, accounting for 1.1934%, through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 calendar days after the announcement date, starting from the 15th trading day. General Manager Yue Hai holds 137,800 shares, accounting for 0.1265%, and intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 21,450 shares, accounting for 0.0197%, through centralized bidding. The concerted action party of the controlling shareholder, Su Wenhong, holds 3.6534 million shares, accounting for 3.3538%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 913,400 shares, accounting for 0.8385%, through centralized bidding/block trading
