Zhonghuan Environmental Protection announced that a specific shareholder, Anhui Gaoxin Jintong Anyi Equity Investment Fund, plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 15.0583 million shares, accounting for 3.55% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding, block trading, and agreement transfer from August 22, 2025, to November 21, 2025; within any consecutive 90 days, the reduction through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1%, the reduction through block trading shall not exceed 2%, and the total reduction through agreement transfer with other parties shall not be less than 5%
