ZHI-TECH announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Sui Guodong, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.9657 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading. The reason for the reduction is to repay pledged financing liabilities and for personal funding needs, with the shares sourced from those issued before the initial public offering
