# MEI YAN plans to acquire 65% equity of New Jiyu for 106 million yuan

According to the announcement from MEI YAN (600868.SH), on August 15, 2025, the company signed an equity acquisition agreement regarding Shanghai New Jiyu Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. with Hou Xinggang and Wu Haiyan. The company will use its own funds of 106 million yuan to acquire a total of 65% equity held by Hou Xinggang and Wu Haiyan in Shanghai New Jiyu Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Jiyu"). After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 65% equity in the target company, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

The purpose of this transaction is to further expand the listed company's business and seek new profit growth points. After the transaction is completed, the target company will become a controlling subsidiary within the company's consolidated financial statements, and the operating income and net profit under the consolidated financial statements will increase, while also injecting long-term growth momentum into the listed company, enhancing its core competitiveness and sustainable development capability
