# TYKJ plans to acquire 100% equity of Silin Technology, which is expected to constitute a major asset reorganization

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TYKJ (300960.SZ) announced that the company intends to purchase 100% equity of Beijing Silin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Silin") in cash, which is expected to constitute a significant asset restructuring. Silin's main business is grid communication chips and modules. The company can leverage its advantages in the rail transit market to apply high-speed power line communication chip technology in the rail transit grid system, greatly expanding the company's market
