# "Profit Warning" SHUNHO HOLDINGS expects mid-term net loss after tax reassessment and depreciation to expand to a maximum of 80 million yuan

SHUNHO HOLDINGS (00253.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting that the net profit attributable to the company's owners for the interim period ending June 30, 2025, after tax and excluding revaluation and depreciation, will not be less than HKD 38 million, an increase of over 27% compared to approximately HKD 30 million for the same period last year. If revaluation and depreciation of approximately HKD 118 million are included, the net loss attributable to the company's owners after tax and including revaluation and depreciation for the period will not exceed HKD 80 million, widening from approximately HKD 54 million for the same period in 2024. The company mainly attributes this to a weak property market leading to a decline in non-cash property valuations
