FULING POWER announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue was 1.416 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.86%. Net profit was 167 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.95%. The company will distribute profits based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date for the mid-2025 period, distributing a cash dividend of 0.35 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with an expected cash dividend distribution of approximately 53.79 million yuan
