# WANG ON PPT: Li Yongsen resigns as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from Hong An Real Estate (01243), Mr. Li Yongsen was not re-elected as a director at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Therefore, Mr. Li has resigned as an independent non-executive director effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting. He will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, nor as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee
