# DYMATIC CHEM: Chang Lianrong Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

DYMATIC CHEM announced that its shareholder, Foshan Shunde District Changlianrong Investment Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, currently owns 33.569 million shares, accounting for 6.96% of the total share capital. Due to its own funding needs, it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 14.4635 million shares within three months from the date of the announcement, specifically from September 10, 2025, to December 8, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital. In any consecutive ninety calendar days, the total number of shares reduced through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% of the total number of shares, and the total number of shares reduced through block trading shall not exceed 2% of the total number of shares. The reduction price will be determined based on the secondary market price at the time of reduction
