# Newtouch: Multiple shareholders plan to reduce their holdings in the company

Newtouch announced that shareholders OCIL, AL, and CEL, as concerted actors, plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding from September 10 to December 9, 2025, by no more than 2.629 million shares via centralized bidding and no more than 5.2579 million shares via block trading, totaling no more than 2% of the company's total share capital; Kunshan Ivy plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.3244 million shares, accounting for 1.2645%; Shanghai Ivy plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 610,700 shares, accounting for 0.2323%; Rizhao Ivy plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 407,100 shares, accounting for 0.1549%; Shanghai Diangu plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.629 million shares, accounting for 1%
