# China Tianying: The total installed capacity of the Hanoi project increases to 90MW

China Tianying announced that its holding subsidiary, Hanoi Tianyu Environmental Energy Joint Stock Company, has recently completed the COD acceptance for the investment, construction, and operation of the Hanoi Shushan municipal solid waste incineration power generation project, increasing the total installed capacity from 75MW to 90MW. As of now, the expanded 90MW installed capacity of the Hanoi project has all entered commercial operation. The Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, and the Vietnam Electricity Group have all approved the expansion, confirming that the technical design of the newly added capacity meets the requirements and have authorized the power generation business license. This expansion will effectively improve the project's energy conversion efficiency, and the annual power generation and electricity sales revenue are expected to increase, further enhancing overall profitability
