# HES: Received a warning letter from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau for failing to timely disclose the investigation into the company's alleged unit bribery

HES announced that the company, along with its controlling shareholder and actual controller Dai Baolin, Chairman and General Manager Dai Congqi, Director and Deputy General Manager Hou Chunhui, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Board Secretary Wen Guoping, received a warning letter from the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau for failing to timely disclose the investigation into the company's suspected unit bribery crime. The company and relevant personnel will seriously summarize and learn from the lessons, strengthen the study of relevant laws and regulations, improve and perfect the company's internal governance mechanisms and control systems, enhance the quality of information disclosure, and prevent such behavior from happening again
