According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CONSYS (688788.SH) announced that the company recently received notification from the family of its actual controller and director, Mr. Liu Jiande, that he has received a "Detention Notice" and "Case Filing Notice" issued by a certain national supervisory committee. Mr. Liu Jiande is currently under detention and investigation, and is temporarily unable to perform his duties as a director. Mr. Liu Jiande does not hold any position in the company other than that of director. As of the date of this announcement, the company's control has not changed
