According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HK FERRY (HOLD) (00050) announced its interim results for 2025, with revenue of HKD 199 million, a year-on-year decrease of 5.5%; profit attributable to equity shareholders of HKD 122 million, a year-on-year increase of 36.01%; basic earnings per share of HKD 0.34; and a proposed interim dividend of HKD 0.10 per share.

The announcement stated that during the review period, the group's operating profit mainly came from rental income from shops and malls, interest income from bank deposits, and appreciation of rental properties after revaluation. The group had no borrowings
