The guarantee period is three years, with no counter-guarantee. This guarantee is within the company's annual guarantee authorization limit and has undergone internal decision-making procedures. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees of the company and its holding subsidiaries amount to 1.735 billion yuan, accounting for 37.39% of the most recent audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees
