# HANGZHOU TOKA: Annulled the 2023 incentive plan for 86,300 restricted shares

On August 20, 2025, HANGZHOU TOKA held a board of directors and supervisory board meeting to review and approve the proposal on the cancellation of part of the restricted stock under the 2023 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, agreeing to cancel 86,300 shares of restricted stock that had been granted but had not yet vested. Among them, 70,000 shares were canceled due to the departure of 1 person and the retirement of another; 16,300 shares were canceled as 3 individuals received a C rating in their personal performance assessment for 2024. This cancellation is within the authorization scope of the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2023 and does not need to be submitted for further review
