The company is the respondent, and the plaintiff is Shanghai Dongfang Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., with the amount in dispute being 402 million yuan. Previously, the Shanghai Financial Court ruled in the first instance to dismiss Dongzheng Asset Management's lawsuit, and Dongzheng Asset Management is appealing. It is currently impossible to determine the impact of this lawsuit on the company's profits for the current or future periods, and the company will actively exercise its litigation rights in accordance with the law
